Turn Over provides:

• Web3-enabled livestreaming platform
• Creator monetization via Creator Pass NFTs and Turn Over Credits gifting
• Community features like private streams and 'Moments'
• Blockchain-based transparent revenue sharing
• Fan engagement and support systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must connect a Web3 wallet to use our services.
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet.
• You must be at least 18 years old and pass age verification.

Creator Pass NFT

• To broadcast on the platform, you must mint or own a Creator Pass NFT.
• This NFT serves as your license and determines your revenue share from gifts.
• You are responsible for all activities associated with your NFT.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Create and share original content
• Engage respectfully with the community
• Use platform features as intended
• Participate in $TURNOVER token ecosystem

Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of IP
• Hacking, phishing, or malicious software distribution
• Market manipulation of digital assets
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content
• You warrant that your content doesn't infringe on others' rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Our Content

• Turn Over platform, software, and related materials are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property

6. Digital Assets and Transactions

Turn Over Credits and NFTs

• All gifts are processed using Turn Over Credits, which are backed by USDC deposits.
• Creator Pass NFTs are utility tokens required for broadcasting.
• You are responsible for any tax implications of your transactions.

Blockchain Transactions

• All blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• You are responsible for transaction fees (gas costs).
• You must secure your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost funds or assets.

Future Tokens

Turn Over may introduce a native platform token ($TURNOVER) in the future. Its use and terms will be governed by a separate agreement upon its release.

7. Revenue Sharing and Payments

• Revenue sharing rates are subject to change with notice
• Payments are processed according to platform rules
• You are responsible for applicable taxes on earnings
• We may withhold payments for violations or disputes
• Minimum payment thresholds may apply
