❌ What We Don't Allow

Harmful Content

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or other protected characteristics
• Threats, doxxing, or sharing personal information without consent
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Sexually explicit or adult content (platform is 18+ but maintains content standards)

Fraudulent Activities

• Scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes
• Market manipulation of digital assets or tokens
• Impersonating other users, creators, or organizations
• Fake engagement or artificial inflation of metrics

Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of protected content
• Trademark violations or unauthorized use of brands/logos
• Plagiarism or claiming others' work as your own

Platform Abuse

• Spam, excessive self-promotion, or repetitive content
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt platform services
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Manipulating platform features for unintended purposes

🎥 Content Standards

• Ensure all content complies with community guidelines
• Clearly label sponsored content or promotional material
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Maintain appropriate content for the platform's audience

🛡️ Community Moderation

• Actively moderate your stream chat and community spaces
• Set clear expectations for behavior in your community
• Address violations promptly and fairly

💎 Creator Pass Responsibilities

• Use your Creator Pass NFT responsibly and authentically
• Maintain active engagement with your community
• Honor commitments made to supporters and Guild members
• Transparently communicate about your content and goals

🚨 How to Report Violations

• Use the report button on streams, messages, or profiles
• Contact our moderation team directly for serious issues
• Provide clear details about the violation
• Include evidence when possible (screenshots, timestamps, etc.)

⚖️ Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time or minor violations
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations or more serious issues
• Content Removal: Violations of intellectual property or harmful content policies
• Account Termination: Severe violations or repeated offenses after warnings
• Creator Pass Restrictions: Abuse of creator privileges

📝 Appeals Process

• You may appeal moderation decisions within 30 days
• Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team
• Provide additional context or evidence with your appeal
• Appeals decisions are final

🔐 Wallet Security

• Never share your private keys or seed phrases
• Use hardware wallets for significant holdings
• Be cautious of phishing attempts and scams
• Verify transaction details before confirming

💰 Financial Responsibility

• Understand that all blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Be aware of gas fees and transaction costs
